McMillin Texas Homes has developed this website to facilitate communication between our home buyers and the company.

By logging into this site you will be able to:

• Track the progress of you home as it is being built
• Submit customer service requests
• Communicate with you sales counselors and McMillin department managers
• View documents related to your home
• Register you email address and update account information
• Register to be reminded about key home maintenance dates
• Once you have signed your contract your Account will become active within 2 business days

If you have not used the TalkToMcMillin.com system before you will need to log in using your Customer ID Number and Default Password (the first two letters of your last name, followed by your Customer ID Number, ex: Joe Smith: sm12345). You will then be prompted to update your customer information, including creating a new password.
